Staying Safe

One of the most important things you can do while being active is to stay safe. Injury and even death can happen if you don’t take the right steps to being safe when you’re on the road, path or trail. For example, when you can’t see what a car is doing and they can’t see you coming, it puts you at a greater safety risk.
